Lenny’s Farmers Market Kicks Off Season on May 24th
AMERICUS, GA – April 28, 2025 – Lenny’s Farmers Market is excited to announce the opening day for the 2025 season on Saturday, May 24th, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Shoppers are invited to celebrate the start of the market season with fresh produce, homemade goods, artisan crafts, and a variety of locally produced items.
Located at 110 N. Hampton Street, Lenny’s Farmers Market provides a vibrant space for the community to shop local and support area farmers, bakers, artisans, and entrepreneurs. The market will continue every Saturday throughout the season, offering a wide selection of seasonal produce and unique products.
“We are thrilled to welcome vendors and shoppers back to Lenny’s Farmers Market,” said Qaijuan Willis, Main Street and Downtown Development Authority Director. “This market has been a beloved part of our community for many years, and it’s always wonderful to see our local growers and vendors return each season — along with the loyal customers and new faces who make it such a special place.”

Those interested in participating as a vendor can access the vendor application form online at www.downtownamericus.com. Forms can also be requested by calling (229) 928-6059 for an emailed copy, or by picking up a printed version at City Hall (101 W. Lamar Street) Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
