Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, only those with a valid driver’s license that states that you are 21 or older will be admitted to the event.  Those that are not 21 or older will not receive a glass or passport and therefore not allowed to take part in the event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available at any of our public parking lots in the downtown.  The trolley will run during the event to transport those that aren’t able to walk long distances.

What’s the refund policy?

No refunds

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes; we may try to scan your phone, but if this doesn’t work, you will want to have a backup.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, you may give your ticket to someone else, but your ticket may only be scanned once.  Don’t let anyone have a copy of your ticket unless you are giving it to them.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Yes, tickets are transferable.
